About myself

My name is Allen Clow, and I'm the owner and only inspector at Higher Level. I'm 35 years old and live with my wife and 2 young kids in Russell, MB. I was born and raised in Grandview, lived across much of western Canada, and moved back to the parkland to be closer to family. I believe that living in the area I'm offering my services in, helps me develop a connection my clients and the homes I inspect.

I got into this business because of many friends, families, and my own experience when purchasing a home. We all shared a common experience, a not so great home inspection. Inspectors rushing through the home, poor quality reports, no formal report at all, poor or difficult to understand reports, missing large issues. These were common complaints I heard of the industry.

With my extensive and varied construction experience, I believe that I am in an excellent position to change how people feel about the average home inspector. With todays rising home prices, and high interest rates, I want you to feel like you're making an informed investment. A small inspection fee is absolutely worth being able to make an educated and wise purchase.
