Includes but is not limited to: Service panel, main and sub panels (I open them all up unless physically impossible or unsafe to do so!), branch circuits, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, switches and receptacles, and GFCI and AFCI protection.
Includes but is not limited to: floor structure, wall structure, and ceiling. Much of this is not visible during most inspections, but I look for signs both inside and out of cracking, movement, and water entry.
Includes but is not limited to: testing operating controls, checking furnace and distribution systems, checking for proper exhaust gas venting.
Includes but is not limited to: main water shutoff, distribution systems and fixtures, hot water tank, drain, waste and venting systems, and the sump pump.
